Hi,
I read through some of the posts regarding looking or a birkin, but for my first hermes I am looking for an evelyne PM in rubis (or ruby). I saw it on a friend and fell in love with the color. We went into the boutique in SHort Hills, NJ and I filled out a request card with my info and the SA told me they would have to "trade" merchandise with another store if another store had it or just hope that it comes in, but that was it. I left all my info. My friend checked the hermes website daily and ordered hers off of the US site one day when she saw the Rubis and got it and loved it even though she had never seen it IRL. Now that I have seen this color, I really want it! It is an older color from what the SA told me. Other than checking the hermes site online, what else can I do? I realize this bag is easier to come by than a birkin, but what do you do when only the PM in Rubis will do?

As of a few days ago, both Honolulu Hermes have the navy blue (dark blue) in Epsom, pm size and it's a little less expensive than Clemence, around 2900 I think.
Has anyone seen a PM all leather GP in some form of red like Rouge Duchess or Rouge Pigment ? It seems so hard to find it in that size.
