Hermes does not generally discuss leather goods inventory over the phone with non established customers. They also, pre covid, don’t ship leather goods but have been more lenient on this to established clients during lockdowns. Regardless, the mini lindy is still a very in-demand bag that is typically reserved by the SAs for their clients. I would not at all expect a person over the phone to discuss it’s availability (other than the throw away of “we don’t have any”) let alone offer one to a phone “walk-in” and ship it out. If you do get a call back, I expect they will just encourage you to come down to the store and see what’s available in person. Good luck.
