Hi.. have you do the eyelid surgery?Did anyone end up getting surgery from Dr.Yuzawa? I reached out for English pricing menu, but would love to hear any experience!
Yes I am in Tokyo just been to Dr. Yuzawa clinic. I had a shocking experience. Luckily I was not dumb enough to have surgery there. They just want your money. I had surgery in Korea before and his practice feels a lot like the big corporate Korean clinics (the worst kind with glossy marketing) - his was just much much more blatant and aggressive. I don't even know if Dr. Yuzawa is a real doctor. (just look at his Intagram, there is no photos of him in surgery at all) At first his staff wouldn't even let me see him until I paid for the surgery. That was ridiculous so I would not paid of course but they saw that I have money so they reluctantly let me see him. He came in for less than 5 mins didn't even sit down and look at my condition, just told me he can do whatever I want then left the room. I was like WTF??! Then I thought - On his Instagram it says he had been working for a clinic for 5 years and only started his own clinic in 2022. But look at his clinic, the fit out alone would have cost at least 1-2 million USD let alone rent. Where did he get that kind of money working on a salary at a clinic? From the way they run their practice I suspect he is backed by the big Korean Clinic that is spreading to Japan. These clinics are not good at surgery, they are just good at marketing - Their ploy is to put a good looking front man (you can tell he's been cut and styled to look like Korean TV stars) and very nice before/after photos on Instagram, then get as much money from you as possible regardless of surgery. There is a photo of an actual surgery done on their google maps review and it is no where as nice as those on his Instagram. I tried to put a review on Google and it was immediately blocked so this is a big tell tale sign. Since big Korean beauty clinics have designated teams to scan and block bad reviews. I my eyes were messed up by Dr. Kwon Bong Sik at Teuim Clinic in Korea. He supposedly is the best eye surgeon in Korea but his technique was worst than a first year student. He completely messed up my eyes to the point I can't even wear contact lens anymore. So guys, please be careful. Don't believe everything you see on Instagram - especially if it looks Korean style. They are butchers and liars.Did anyone end up getting surgery from Dr.Yuzawa? I reached out for English pricing menu, but would love to hear any experience!
Have you looked at Dr. Nishiyama's work (Another Clinic)?Hi.. have you do the eyelid surgery?

I second this! Has anyone visited or reached out to Dr. Nishiyama? I've seen him so much on social media, particularly Instagram but I can't seem to locate a website. Or any prices listed on his socials either.Have you looked at Dr. Nishiyama's work (Another Clinic)?
I tried contacting their line, but they said no english support lolhi, did either of you end up going to Dr Yuzawa? I've just reached out to the clinic but haven't received a response yet. thanks!
whoa this is so scary. Is it normal practice in japan that you can only see your doctor once you pay for your surgeries?I have just been to his clinic and the following is my experience.

I'd recommend korea for everything. Even aesthetic procedures. there's a reason even the smallest korean clinics are filled with japanese customersFor blepharoplasty do you guys recommend korea or japan?
I was told they can organise a translator on the day but you will have to pay for them. from memory it was 10k JPY.I tried contacting their line, but they said no english support lol

Which clinic / which doctor are you planning to meet?I was told they can organise a translator on the day but you will have to pay for them. from memory it was 10k JPY.
As for the consult, the person on LINE also said that if I want to consult with Dr. Yuzawa, there is consultation fee that must be paid. it was a reasonable amount... like 3 - 5k yen. not the whole surgery cost must be paid upfront.
I have a different experience with the above and they didn't push me to deposit surgery money or anything. So not sure if there was some kind of miscommunication. The person is responsive and spoke to me in English. I have yet paid for the consult fee because I am planning to go in a few months and they don't have the doctor availability out that far.
I really like the IG post for Dr. Yuzawa so he's definitely on the list to consult. I am also considering SBC, HDC and dr. harada from some of the IG post. It is very hard to source reviews with language barrier though so I'm still researching. I will also be in Osaka longer than Tokyo so looking to have options in Osaka but haven't found one yet.Which clinic / which doctor are you planning to meet?
does ps clinics in japan also have in house translators?
So far i have contacted 3 clinics.Following Natyabusiness's questions, would I need to search for my own translator would it be cheaper than using the PS clinic's in house translator?
Also I heard some other good clinics in another thread were Otsuka Plastic surgery, and Keisei if you plan to stay in Osaka longer.![]()
