From what i read, yes it's not a one time thing. As your body changes over the age you may need revision. Also if that involves foreign materials as implant for certain surgery, you may need to remove/change it later.

Thanks. Someone on the forum here also mentioned that people who had vline tend to have jaw problems later on. And I read somewhere that people who had zygoma reduction had skin that sag faster. I don’t know but things like these kinda scares me.From what i read, yes it's not a one time thing. As your body changes over the age you may need revision. Alot of experts from “realself will say “you will age naturally”. That was somewhat reassuring at first but you have to keep in mind that these are plastic surgeon, so obviously they will say comforting words. Ive contacted so many korean clinics asking for their long term affects (for example the aging process), they do not reply to this. It's funny how they will answer other inquiries but not to these type of questions. You're not the only one, i myself have been researching for a few months and still weighing pros and cons.. What will happen, what about the recovery etc. But not for the surgery you mentioned. as long as you do your research, and pick the right surgeon for you i think it's gonna be fine
I think it's best to do jaw at maxillofacial surgeon. But i also have seen good result from surgeon that isn't one too. For zygoma yes i also read that it will sag you faster esp if you do it when you're not young. If you looking to get it done you should ask your surgeon if he used any method to prevent it and how will it be done.
Hello all. I have a honest experience with my facial contouring in Korea. First off recovery is not 2-4 weeks. It takes a whole year to deswell. I’m post op 6.5 months and I am still swollen and I cannot open my mouth fully, I have numbness to my chin, lower lip and lower gums. I still find it difficult to chew. Expectations, do not think you will be coming out looking like a k-pop star. You are enhancing you. I believe many pictures are doctured and make-up does wonders. That being said it is not an easy process. You can’t eat anything for weeks. You mouth will open maybe a pinky finger in the first month post op. You will look really strange. All the people who are working there will say that you look great but you look like a monster. I had my eyes done, vline jaw, genioplasty, zygomatic reduction and a face lift. The doctors knew I would have saggy skin and I’m glad I got the face lift or I’d be dealing with saggy skin 100%. When you take the underlying structure of you Facial bones the skin that was leveraging on the bones needs somewhere to go. I got 10 cm of skin cut off and re-put on my face. So they aren’t trying to up sell you, they are speaking the truth. Pain was more like uncomfortable. I’m still patiently waiting for my full results. I’ll tell you there is a phase where you will get depressed and think wtf did I do to my face. They never tell you about that. If you guys have questions let me know I will respond. Remember 1 full year to see full results. I still feel my face looks like no shape or structure at 6.5 months. Those YouTube vloggers are paid to say it only takes one month to recover. That is a load of BS. I’m still swollen at 6.5 months. So be in it for her long haul. The whole thing cost me 24k USD. It’s not cheap but cheaper than North America and the docs know how to treat Asian faces. Am I happy with my results? My answer is I have to live with my decision. I wasn’t ugly to start off with so, I do regret it but no turning back now.
OMG thank you for replying! Please let us know how your surgery goes... and I would love to talk to you more about VIP plastic surgery... I have to make a decision and I think so far vip is good but I don't really know much besides googling. It's not reliable sometimes.. so I would love to talk more with people who has had procedures done and Would you mind to share your experience because vip is also on my list.
I have been going through threads after threads trying to find anything with vip to read, but couldn’t find much. Can you point out to me what thread you create that talk about vip the most? Thank you.If you go through my posts, you can find where to see legitimate VIP reviews. I am not going with them solely because they do not do the noses type that I like.
Also you point out that they don’t do the kind of nose you like do you mind me asking what do you mean by that?If you go through my posts, you can find where to see legitimate VIP reviews. I am not going with them solely because they do not do the noses type that I like.

This is the kind of nose I want so you telling me they normally do straight nose. I wanted to go to Grand just because of this nose here, but so scare because they are on the blacklist.I didn't create a thread. If you look at my avatar, you can se my posts under it. They do rather straight noses (you'll see on realself). I don't want a dolly nose per se, but a bit more curved than what they tend to do.

You are right all of the before and after pictures I see are all straight bridge which I don’t like. I am more of a S kind of nose shape like how Grand Dr. Rhee does it. Now I am completely lost might consider Gng see if they got that dolly nose type. I have until June to do my research. Thank you for your help. What you consider dolly may not be the same as what I think it is. I encourage you to look up VIP on realself and their website to see the kind of noses they do.
Having stayed in Korea for 5 years, I would personally not recommend anyone to go to Gr*nd, J* and J*welry. Korea has plastic surgery cafes (kinda like a forum but a community? Most of them are private because they do not want promoters from hospitals to be part of their community as they will discuss prices, hospitals and their specialities) and these 3 are one of the top blacklisted hospitals. Sure, they are huge and they provide translations etc... But their main customers are foreigners and not Koreans. Another thing to note is that for nose job, prices range from 2.3mil to 2.8 (depends on complexity) and up to 3.5mil(for hospitals that re more specialised). Do take note that as a foreigner, you will never ever pay the local price unless you have a local go with you. However, a nose job that cost 4milion and above is obviously a ripoff. My korean friends who had tip+rhinoplasty paid only 2.8mil... For basic alarplasty reduction the price ranges from (300,000-600,000).
By the way I do not recommend anyone to do zygoma/malar /vline contouring etc... I know that everyone desires to have that small face however when age catches up with you, thats when the side effect hits you. I have read many korean cafes and many have already seen the side effects, having problems to chew/weak jaw etc. The most dangerous procedure is zygoma because if the surgeon does not do a good job, it may affect your nerve system and you will end up with a paralyse cheek. I was contemplating to get zygoma because I didn't like my wide cheekbones but after getting advices from Korean friends who are able to translate articles to me and also my dermatologist in korea- I asked her opinion and she just told me to live with it because she personally feels that the media glamourises small face beauties thus everyone thinks that it is safe to get their faces shaved. However, they are not educated about the side effects and the complexity of such surgeries.
If you guys have any questions, feel free to ask me.
