Places You Like To Watch/Look at Your Diamonds Sparkle

I notice my ring throws off lots of sparkle when I'm attending the opera/ballet/symphony, in the last 15 minutes or so before the performance when they partially dim the lights!

on a related note, has anyone ever tried to take a photo at your favourite sparkle watching location, only to discover that the picture totally does not capture what your eyes are seeing at ALL?? I feel like I've tried every camera setting but I couldn't find one that really showed up like it looked IRL!
I actually had my VC&A birds of paradise ring shipped to laurayuki, who was kind enough to do some panda testing and approval before popping it in the mail to the pigpen! (^(oo)^)v In the end, she resorted to locking herself in an empty office on the sunny side of the building to take a VIDEO because she said the photos were just not adequate

All the time and it's really irritating! pics make my nice bling look like glass beads...
The ladies room at my office.at my officetable also.sometimes I would notice my officemates look at my pendant when they are talking to me
Yes, the "obvious" stare, but they say nothing LOL!!!
I tell my DH that when we're in public together & friends or strangers notice my ring, they'll glance at it.....stare at it and then the attention immediately goes to him.....the man who bought it!!!!!
I look at my E-ring as a walking ad for my DH!!!!! So, I always manage to rationalize the "need" as it's all a reflection on HIM!!!!

in an airplane...I love the sparkle cause by the sun coming in the windows. sometimes I can even get rainbows going with my diamonds!

I managed to get cobalt, turquoise, and deep coral pink amongst the colours in my horrible office lighting. SO hard to capture on film though
