I'm glad you didn't buy from them...that's the way to hit them where it hurts...don't give them your business!! You're right a simple "No" would have been fine. There is no excuse for their rudeness but they've probably gotten a ton of e-mails relating to the same thing and the person who responded should've taken the high road but instead decided to be a jerk. Stick with Pulse, they really seem to care about their customers' happiness!!
I ordered my adios ciao from them (Pulse) last night and it still says pending on my order. My other order from them shipped right away. I hope I wasn't too specific. :shame:

Could they be out of them right now?? They said they're expecting a shipment of Toki stuff on the 15th.

Ok, we ordered my buon viaggio! They're preordered, though, so it's going to be a while before I get it....the wait for that, then my friend in the US has to send it to me here.

I was curious about what he was thinking about VDay, cause he mentioned it back in January. Which was surprising!How exciting!! I asked my hubby what I am getting for valentines and he said "not a damn thing."
It's Pirata, and I certainly will have an updated picture of my collection as soon as I get my hands on it. Hope it doesn't take too long!
