How much were the tattoo bags when you went?

They didn't have any of yours as I think that's a new, limited release. They had older styles between 185-250 if memory serves.

They are definitely bags that you don't have to be delicate about. I've only been ultra careful with lighter leathers. I'm normally careful anyway about where I put my Koobas and I never carry loose items that would mark or damage it (pens, makeup, etc).

Sorry about getting off topic! Maybe we should start a Kooba vs Other Bags post?

RE: IF Bag

Shewolfy - I'm not the printed bag type, but I can see why you would like it - roomy, light, can take a lot of abuse. I have to echo what KoobaMe said, though - I much prefer Kooba leather, and some IF bags do not look as good in real life. I saw several at the outlets and was not tempted to get a single one. No tattoo bags, though.

OK, girls, here's the toffee Marcelle. I'm definitely in love. This one's a "keeper". It's a warm, tobacco color with a slightly reddish cast. Here are pictures. Plus good news on the black one with the broken side pocket lacing. The shoe repair guy unknotted it and found the lacing was intact; just came out from the side seam. So, he's going to open up the seam, slip the lacing back in and resew it. Then will lace back through the grommets and reknot - good as new. I was so excited. It's SOOO gorgeous. Will post photos when I get it back next week. Here's the toffee.

Nunnla, congratulations on your toffee Marcelle. I also got mine last week, but I don't think I'll be keeping it. Great news about your black Marcelle - it'll be like new in no time.

Am I seeing a pattern in your colour choices here?
The last pic I saw from you, it showed a black lena, a cognac and ivory sienna.
Have they morphed into marcelles?
My cognac marcelle has become my 'everyday' bag as it goes with most of my wardrobe. Great bag!!

Oh, Maggie. Your Marcelles are beautiful. Once I get my black one back from the shoe repair guy next week, I'll line mine up for a group photo (toffee, black and moss). Joelle, you definitely need to line up all your Lucys and take a family photo. I just drool every time I see that silver one and now you got the fabulous purple to add to the group. I can't wait to get my black one. I can't believe all the Marcelles and Lucys that have been popping up on ebay lately.

hi everyone- being a relative newcomer, i now have 4 koobas. here is a pic of 3 of them. i also have a black charlie. (the cream scarlett is thanks to larke!). nothing as lovely as the 3 marcelles, but some day i'll get there!!
