Hey u guys all look so good w/ your bags. I went through a lot of pic but cant find one i am wanting to see. I would LOVE it if i could see a large op art Sabrina in parchment color and a Julianne in the same color.I want to compare them and the way they hang.I am leaning to the Julianne but I want to be sure.If any one has this PLEASE post it I would greatly appreciate it.

I got a vintage Coach with ID # 007-0238. Do you know which year it is? it is a Dr. bag.

Hi,

The 7 digit serial number (xxx-xxxx) was used by Coach from the mid to late 70's through the mid to late 80's. It's impossible to get closer than that since there appears to be no rhyme or reason for their numbering system back then.

If your bag says "Made In New York City" on the creed, it is probably from the earlier date range.

It looks like the "Baxter Satchel" though Coach made quite a few satchel bags and all of them are just slightly different.

It looks to be in great condition for it's age.

Thank you. It says new York. Mom used the bag only few times and stored it since. She only used Coach moisturizer every 6 months to keep the leather in good shape! She has 28 Coaches from early days to 2000!
