That's probably because this thread is two years old! You're best bet in finding this particular style are sites that sell them secondhand (ie: eBay and Bonanza).
I agree with Love4MK. Macy's had the medium style in several colors just this past Christmas, and I noticed quite a few of them pop up on EBay after they started getting reduced, so if you were looking for a medium you should have some luck there.
Actually, Macy's still has the medium in luggage with GHW on their website for $113.99, use code EXTRA for an additional 25% off as well.
