I'm so glad to hear you say that. I lost my beloved Callie a couple of years ago. I was convinced she was different because she was a calico but I never found proof. She was a little princess, so smart and so loving to me.

Awww, so sorry to hear of your loss, I know how hard it is to lose one of your beloved fur babies. But I understand completely as I still think of my little grey tabby Sambuca every day.

I have heard that calicos and torties are the "redheads" of the feline world and are a little more "quirky" than other cats (and yes I can say that 'cause I'm a redhead)! ;)

Such a beautiful girl! I wish I had pics of my doxie Sidney to share, but he wasn't very interested in my bags. Sadly, he went to the Rainbow Bridge on Monday night :( He was almost 15. Give Abby a hug me. Doxies are a very special breed.

Awww.....:nogood:....Sorry about your lil Precious. It is hard to lose a good friend who has been with us for a long time. I could often still feel the presence of my recently passed pets around me for months; it is quite comforting.
I always adopt seniors~age 10 and up so I have to let go of a pet probably every few years or so. But it's so worth it.....senior pets are THE BEST!! When I bring them home from the shelter, they grow younger before my very eyes.
