Yes, I got a shipping confirmation from DHL both times (by text and by email). They're doing overnight shipping so in one case I got a shipping confirmation from DHL saying my package would arrive the next day, and yesterday I got a shipping confirmation from DHL in the morning saying my package would arrive in the afternoon. In neither case did I receive any shipping confirmation from the brand, or anything from them after the "order received" email I got the day I placed my two orders.
 
My second item (shirt) came, again without the confirmation email the site says you will receive, so don't lose hope if you haven't gotten a confirmation email either. I love the shirt but the no exchange thing is a bummer: I would definitely exchange for the size down if I could. I guess they knew everything would sell out and that managing exchanges would be a nightmare given that fact. Fortunately it's an item that will be easier for my tailor to take in a bit.
 
I received a “Items dispatched” email and a follow up text from DHL. I’m located in California for context and ordered the man’s coat. Supposed to arrive tomorrow & looking forward to the unboxing!

Having seen a few unboxing, I have to say I'm a little be underwhelmed. For such a high price point, I find the presentation to lack any luxurious experience. The packaging is unremarkable. I saw a video of the leather jacket with scarf and it had so many folds all over it. Of course, I understand videos will never do the clothes justice, but it just didn't look expensive. Not being able to feel, touch, and experience the collection in person leaves a lot to be desired. Hopefully she'll slowly move away from this model in the future and include wholesale.
 
Also hoping the brand introduces wholesale! Especially because so many of the pieces are designed to look over-sized, it's harder to figure out what size is right for you without trying the pieces on. And then of course if you don't like the size you bought on the website you are stuck with it :(

FWIW I am fine with the simple packaging, but I'm not someone who really cares about packaging in general and will always choose the most basic option offered (even at Hermès where that seems to almost offend them lol). I do think the quality of the two items I bought is very good, though.
 
I love the shoes, and tried to buy the platform boots, but the website kept crashing for me, and for some reason assumed I was in the UK (yes I tried all standard tech solutions). I have given up on buying from this collection :)

Seems like they've smoothed out some of the initial kinks with this drop, though not completely as @QuelleFromage noted. The website was still slow and a bit glitchy for me this time, but like 75% better than the first drop. Was able to get the trousers I wanted from the first drop this time around. Glad they're doing restocks. This time I got an order confirmation and shipping dispatch much faster, my trousers will arrive tomorrow via DHL.

Did anyone who bought the Gig bag receive it? I'm considering the black or oxblood but would love to hear how others assess the leather quality and functionality!
 
Can't stop thinking about this bag, don't even know what I would use it for, maybe while I'm traveling. Please talk me out of it :shocked:
