Hmm, not sure those pieces would look flattering on me but I wish her and her company well.
I bought two tops and got an "order received" email for each (bought them in separate transactions because the website was so wonky). Haven't gotten any order confirmed emails, but just got a message from DHL saying I've got a delivery coming from Phoebe Philo tomorrow! Not sure if it's both pieces, but glad I'll be getting at least one of them. I would have bought trousers too but my sizes sold out SO fast! Like in 30 minutes.

I Saw many things that I loved, Coats, tops, trousers, jackets the tote bag, pendant with glass etc etc .
BUT I never buy clothes online unless I've already tried the item or its a duplicate of an item I already own (yes..certain things I do occasionally budget allowing buy a 'spare' of if I know its something I'll wear for years.
Prices are steep..more than Celine was more akin to the Row.
But without being able to try and touch I'd never bite the bullet and try to purchase because her shapes can be very hit or miss on me.

I used the Chat feature on the website, very helpful to get an update on my order. They said it can take up to 14 days to receive order confirmation. I have confirmation, no shipping info still. Told my order is processing
The sweater I bought arrived on Friday! Never got an order confirmation, just the shipping notification from DHL. Really happy with the piece, good quality wool and designed so that it can be worn a number of different ways. It does have possibly the most hilarious care instructions I've ever seen, ending with "Avoid prolonged exposure to artificial or natural light." Hello?? It's a wool sweater. Are we supposed to only wear it to bed?

My second item (shirt) came, again without the confirmation email the site says you will receive, so don't lose hope if you haven't gotten a confirmation email either. I love the shirt but the no exchange thing is a bummer: I would definitely exchange for the size down if I could. I guess they knew everything would sell out and that managing exchanges would be a nightmare given that fact. Fortunately it's an item that will be easier for my tailor to take in a bit.
Did you have a shipping confirmation ? Still waiting for the Gig bag, order confirmed only.
