i am not sure if you can see it, but it is to the right of the plate and after almost 3 weeks it WONT GO AWAY... :sad:

if you have a favorite, did it come perfectly flat? my speedy b had those wrinkles from the fold, but they went away pretty quickly . . . am i being totally petty or should this be FLAT?

see, i still have the protector on the gold plate . . .haven't even used a bag i have coveted for a year.... i want this bag, but i don't want the wonky flap :sad:

I had a similar wrinkle with mine purchased back in Dec 2013 (posted in Favorite Club). The wrinkle is caused by the way the purse is stored with the chain in between the flap and the bag & other bags stacked on top. It eventually goes away with use. I'm not sure how long it took for me but not very long as I used it daily stuffed. Haven't had any wrinkling/ crease issue since. It's a beautiful bag, enjoy it! [emoji4]

Your thread title made me think - 99 problems and one of them is a thread pull lol.
I agree with members who have advised that you should exchange it. It's worth a try even though it's past 30 days (: . The way the thread is not perfect on this particular bag would bother me as well...

I would try to exchange it, as this is a very visible flaw. Mine came with some sort of small wrinkle too, but it´s less visible and on the right side of the flap. It does not bother me enough to exchange, but in your case I´d definitely try.

Is it just me or do other people feel like the flap of this favorite is much shorter than on others? Maybe it's the angle it was photographed in or maybe the bag is stuffed with a lot of items, but the flap of my favorite seems to come much lower.

The wrinkle doesn't bother me a lot, but if it bothers you, you should try to exchange it. You will never be completely in love with this bag, as it will always keep on bothering you.

You should take it back and at least try to exchange. My 3.5 month DE neverfull had an open stitch on the side cinch so I brought it back to the boutique. I expected a problem and at least they would send it out to be repaired. My SA wasn't there that day so I showed the first salesperson to help me. She looked at it, looked at my receipt, then in the computer and handed me a brand new bag!! I was so pleasantly surprised! You have nothing to lose trying to exchange it. [emoji3]

It is one thing to zoom in on a thread or something and another for a wrinkle that really messes with the shape and line of the bag. It's not like you are looking for an issue. This one yells at you. I would for sure exchange. It just messes with the gorgeous shape of the bag. I don't think LV will hassle you. You got it for Christmas and you simply want to exchange for the same bag just without a hump.

i looked at pictures on lv and it does look a little shorter.. could be angle. now i have to check when i get home. there is only tissue in it -
geesh, you all are finding more things then me wrong with it. i am going to try and go to the boutique friday, wish me luck!!

i just found this photo on ebay? my flap looks shorter thank the lv ssite, but i wonder if that is a PM and the MM has a shorter one? this photos flap looks same length as mine (but with horrible crease issue)
