I preordered it on 10/7. Maybe check with another SA if possible or ask Client Services.
yes I went into the store a couple of weeks ago and was able to pay for it. You might want to go into store and check with another SA or call the LV customer service number. Let us know how it goes.
It seems some SA's are able to preorder meanwhile others are not. Not really sure why this is the case lol.
Saw this on IG, kinda disappointed that the handles aren’t flat when you use the strap. IMO it should have been attached to a D-ring on the sides.

I think this bag in general doesnt look good with a strap. Its too structured to wear with a strap. I will be using it as a top handle bag
I 100% agree with you!! It really bothers me that the handle straps lifts up a bit when wore as a cross body. Did any of their design team not notice this flaw?!? For $1360 USD, it should not lift up. Am I right?!
LV should have put the hook on to the side of the bag. If they can do it for the Speedy nano, they sure could have done it for this sac plat.
Now I’m disappointed because I placed a preorder thru my SA... only to find out I don’t like how it looks as a crossbody.

same here. I guess I’ll know when I see it irl and I’m able to try on. If not good then I’ll just get a refund right there and then. It’ll make my wallet happy to get the money back but my ❤️ Will be disappointed
yea... i can't wait to try it on myself and see how it looks and feel.. i was planning to change out the strap with the one on pochette metis. however, i have decided that if it doesnt look good on me. i will exchange it for a palm spring mini
The color in this picture is sooo pretty. Much prettier than the baby pink color I've been seeing. I hope it's this color IRL.
