Paul Mitchell the School or Vidal Sassoon Academy?

Perhapse I can offer a more logical anlysis,

I think what is being expressed in many of these threads is that people feel that Paul Mitchell is a lot of hype. When you peal away at the layers upon layers of bS and garbage, you'll find that they do not offer anything more spectacular than the community college up the road. Although some of the students may have some degree of talent and you do get a discount from having a unlicenced inexperienced student cutting you hair at PM, the results often vary widely. Think it is reasonable to critic the school and the education offered as it related directly to salon expereince one recieves. Although some may choose to go off on a tangent for what ever personal reasons, I think the over riding theme being expressed is that Vidal Sassoon is superior to Paul Mitchell in giveing professional hair servises. If Youngatheart55 wants to go on a tyraid about education and services at Public schools, its not your or my job to stop her. Tpf does say dish the dirt. I think thats whats going on here. Its like Vegas babe, its a business. Sometimes in business you make enemies. Sometimes your enemeis just want to point you out if they know your a hollow full of crap fraud. Sorry if you disagree.:shrugs:

i used to go to the vidal sasson academy in scottsdale. i was always happy with my cut, but it is a long process. you need to get a consultation first. also, you can't leave until after the instructors critic the hair. if they aren't happy w/ the job the student did, it has to be fixed before you leave.

I went to the same one once and had a not very good experience, personally. It was just for a cut though.

WTF is going on in here? Candace, are you causing problems with trolls? Do you need some other Witch Pirates and Asshats to join you? How in the world did this thread get so weird???

For the record, I've never been to a beauty school to have my hair done. Facials, maybe. Massage, sure. But not my hair.
