Yeah, I will be visiting on a vacation to San Diego! I am so excited. I guess I will just have to stop in during my trip for a wristlet and accessories. By then I will probably want a smaller leather bag in black to alternate with my tote.

I have been so dissapointed in the past by buying cheap bags. I've lusted over designer bags forever so I feel like coach is a good foray into quality bags. It will be something with good materials and design that should last me a while.

Don't forget, there's also a Coach outlet down by the border in San Ysidro at the Las Americas mall. :) Although, having been to both, I definitely prefer the Carlsbad one, plus the Carlsbad one tends to have a much larger clearance section. And I'm a little partial just because I love everyone who works there. :) But if you want to and have time, you should visit both. :)

Oh and they just opened a new Juicy outlet in the Carlsbad outlets too.

That is very helpful! I think I would be very happy with either blue or mahogany. I will call my local (2hr drive) outlet today to see if they have either. Thanks again deweydrop and everyone else whos given me some ideas here.

I love that you showed your bag with accessories. It looks like I will have a lot of fun picking out versatile color schemes to match. I can't wait! The beige signature stuff looks really classy with it.

Great info! They have juicy too! oooh this is going to be so fun! I saw they also have guess, bebe, and bcbg. I think that its definately going to be a day trip, without dh. :graucho:

Well, no luck at my outlet but the girl was really nice and took down my name for if they get one. She said they got 2 blue ones a couple weeks back and they sold really fast but that they have a lot of wristlets on sale with an additional 20% off. I'm tempted to go there just for that, but I think I should wait so that I base my accessories around my bag.

I called the carlsbad one too, just to check and they don't have it either.

Well, time to check ebay I guess. Thanks again.

It looks great on you.:drool: Okay now I know how big it is- for some reason I had pictured it as like a huge tote, but that looks the absolute perfect size. ack now if could only decide between blue and mahogany... I'd get both but hubby would probably freak out.hehe

^^ Not a problem! Glad to help (I like seeing how bags "sit" on other people too)

FYI - the straps ARE adjustable...there are 3 holes...in the pics above, the strapes are set to the middle hole. When I put them on the "longest" setting, I can really sling that bag over a bulky coat...but since I've been living in vests/fleece jackets recently, middle hole works best)
