Thanks nvie! I think maybe mine is close up and the watch is low near my wrist. I can't tell too well, but there is nothing wrong with Rolex either.

I think I am against the tide here - but I think the Cartier suits you the best of all three. It has this very classic woman look that goes well on you. It's understated, confident, yet so elegant.

If it was me, Cartier by quite a long shot.

If you are into Cartier, may I suggest you to have a look at small (ladies) Tank Americaine in yellow gold as well?

Thanks Rockerchic, NWK and djmm!
djmm...I looked at the small Tank Americaine in yellow gold and not sure if the color suits me. It is a beautiful watch.

Tank Americaine comes in yellow gold, pink gold, and white gold. I'm sure one of those would suit you because those three are like the primary colours of watches...
Also note that the colour can look very different in real life especially the pink gold.

What do you have on mind for your watch by the way? Any specific design/brand/colour/feature/price point/overal look you're thinking about?

Well honestly I just bought the Patek and am leaning towards it. I have had a Rolex (ss/gold and now ss) since 1988 and am getting tired of the look. I have had my Cartier for ten years and haven't really worn it and the look feels old to me. If I decide on the Patek I will trade in the Rolex and Cartier...maybe keep the Cartier...not sure.

To be completely honest with you, I'm not really so much a fan of Patek except for maybe one or two models. I know Patek is all about the inside (as long as it's the mechanical version) and the heritage but I think it all eventually comes down to whether you like it or not and whether it suits you or not (this is just my personal opinion of course)....And of course people have different taste.

I have almost zero interest in Rolex (again, it's just me personally... I think I'll be receiving death threats from this moment on since I just said I didn't really like 2 of the most famous watch brands, haha). I like Cartier's design very much. If you mean you are tired with the same old Cartier size and look, maybe you can try Santos Dumont in either white gold or rose gold. It has very modern look but still maintain Cartier's signature style. The alligator strap on Dumont is to die for - notice how the stitches are not visible on the outside of the strap, and it has a wide dial and thin profile with a nice sapphire set on the crown. It's a very very nice looking watch especially when you try it on the wrist.

Anyway when I was deciding on buying my partner's watch, I practically turned the whole brands of ladies watch upside down and looked high and low for the best price/performance/style watch. I think I literally looked at every single ladies watch from every high end watch brand and we eventually ended up with Jaeger-LeCoultre. Again, this is highly subjective - but I think JLC has the best offering in terms of price/performance. The one that we got is the Reverso Duetto in SS case/bracelet because she has rather small wrist and that size fits her best. Our next watch will be that Santos Dumont I think (unless I want to get something because I still haven't got my turn yet, haha). we've tried the Dumont a couple of times and it's just such a gorgeous watch.

I actually wrote a short review in other (watch) forum if you're interested to have a read.

PS = Sorry I didn't know that you actually already own those 3 watches, I thought you're trying to decide between those three. Well of course just keep the one you like most (in this case the Patek?)
Your Rolex is very useful for rough, daily usage so you might want to keep it I guess... and the Cartier is such a classic timeless design, are you sure you wanna trade that in? It looks very nice on evening wear. Maybe you should keep the Cartier as well.... I'm not much of a help am I ? lol
But if you never wear that Cartier anymore, I guess there's no point keeping it... but you probably won't get that much if you trade it in at the shop though...
