Just to clarify - Nautilus in Purple dial is another reference of 7010 with Quartz movement (recent release in late 2023); it's different with the 7118 reference which the OP had interest in and the wrist shot that some of the ladies (including me) posted earlier. Again, I am a firm believer that different reference of watches (not only PP Nautilus but also all other watches) may have different demand. I am not saying this to discourage OP but on the other hand, it may also be good to know that we're all referring to the same topic of watch/reference.

The nautilus is extremely difficult to purchase without a previous purchase history and being considered a preferred client which means buying other models offered first. It’s a lot like the Hermes game with significant less inventory available and the bait being considerably much higher spend. This is what I have been told by the senior Patek personnel whom I know casually. I’m personally not looking too obtain a Patek, the style doesn’t really appeal to me and doesn’t look good on my tiny wrists.
