It is the same size as the medium Carly - I compared mine side by side the other day. It does look smaller, but when I put them side by side they were the same size.
I don't know if this has been mentioned already but jewelry bangles, some Scarf Print items and some Denim Signature Stripe items are also available on macys.com.
