My HG bags include my Poppy Sapphire Hippie, which you almost never see, but the leather is a gorgeous shimmery blue and there is gold top stitching that looks hand sewn. I took off the hangtags because it doesn't need the extra bling. I love my plum patent Sophia and my wisteria embossed Sophia. Plus I love my black and silver signature groovy.

I think I might have just found mine, finally, but I'm too scared to cut the tags off and use her: an old style small Sophia in bone.

She is beautiful and I love her, but I've never had a light colored bag before so I'm scared I'm going to ruin her. I usually go for black or dark jewel tone (red, navy, green) leathers but the bone just looked so elegant and classy. I don't want this to be a bag that I only use occasionally, I really want it to be one of my main daily bags. Any suggestions on how to protect her from myself so that I can begin to enjoy her?!

I know how you feel about the light colored leather . . . I had the same fears with my parchment Sabrina. But really, I haven't had a problem. I just try to be as careful as possible with her and really watch where I sit her down. USE THAT GORGEOUS SOPHIA!!! :D

Thanks Irishgrrrl, for the welcome & the advice! I think I will just bite the bullet this weekend & take her out for a spin!!
