Fun! Congrats on scoring the Madison 16. That sale was awesome! I agree, I like the Parker much better. I ordered 2 Madison backpacks on yesterday’s sale bc the sale price was so good. I’ve accumulated many Parkers shamelessly haha. I think I have 2 top handles (quilted) a shoulder bag (also quilted). The 18 in the rivets with tea rose detail and 2 quilted backpacks. It’s bad but the longer they become discontinued, the higher the price will be so I grabbed them at great prices...nowhere near full price. Let us know how you like your Madison 16 and please share a pic of her :smile:

You have such a great collection of Parker’s!!! Had I known they were going to be discontinued, I probably would’ve snatched up a few more lol I still browse reseller markets for the ones that got away! I got lucky and was able to order another Madison 16 this evening (quilted in chalk) and I’m so excited because it reminds me of the mini quilted Parker backpack in chalk that got away. I had a Madison backpack in my cart but then it sold out even though the 15 minute hold wasn’t over yet! :confused1: I will definitely post pics when they arrive! Please share pics of your backpacks too:biggrin:

Thank you! Parkers are just my absolute fav and I’m sure the Madison’s will not disappoint us. That’s great that you scored the chalk 16 too! I see that the Madison’s keep popping back up on the website. Hopefully the backpack will return. That’s such a weird glitch that happens sometimes. It happened once to me and I was so disappointed. Looking forward to the reveals :wave:

Yeah it's really interesting how the inventory disappears and reappears! I've been keeping an eye out for the backpacks just in case. I've talked with an SA about this at my local Coach retail store and she's actually been able to order things for me at the outlet price when they sell out on the site. I think it comes down to the SA being able to see the item and price on the outlet site plus looking in the system and seeing if the style has been "sent to outlet". There have been times when they couldn't honor the outlet price because the system wasn't showing shipped to outlet yet so I've had to wait a while and keep checking. I don't mind waiting for a good deal though! I think the Madisons will be great too! Who knows, maybe I'll be hooked after these 2! :lol:

I know ... who needs these 4 similar bags, right?! Smh! Here are my new Madison backpacks compared to my Parker backpacks. The Madisons look bigger but they definitely fit less than the Parkers. The Parkers are softer and more flexible while the Madisons are very rigid. I prefer my Parkers for functionality (especially with the back pocket for your phone) but I like the look of the squared Madison shape better when worn as a crossbody. These bags are super fun with the different options for carrying. I’m glad to have both versions so I have a backup if I ruin the light chalk color :panic:

Oh my goodness!!!! Such a beautiful collection!! You may have convinced me that I now need a backpack :lol: I’m glad your Madison’s arrived safely. One of mine should arrive tomorrow and I don’t think the other has shipped yet. Nothing wrong with having similar bags! It’s always good to have a backup just in case!

Yay! I think your madisons will be factory wrapped too. My hunch is the first batch all went out like that...at least that’s what I’m hoping! Looking forward to seeing your reveal :) And yes - I highly recommend these backpacks... they are so versatile and fun :biggrin:

It’s been a crazy week! I finally received one of my Madisons but I’m still waiting to get the other. Not sure what’s going on with the shipping but I do love this bag!!! It’s very tiny though (doesn’t fit my phone). I’m definitely keeping the blue since I don’t think it was made in the larger size. If I’m head over heels for the chalk (if it ever arrives lol) I may opt for the larger size. But here she is!!! My azure Madison with floral embroidery :biggrin:

Such a cute little Madison fam! Did you end up keeping all of them? I love seeing others with multiples of bags because it makes me feel less guilty for my multiples

Thank you so much!!! I ended up keeping the blue and the chalk. I really liked the tea rose but it wasn’t as good of sale compared to the other 2 plus I knew I’d probably go a little crazy for the Memorial weekend sale lol I feel less guilty when I see others getting multiples too!!!

That’s smart! My Madison backpacks that I got at the outlet reserve drop are so cute but they fit way less than my Parker backpacks and are just a much stiffer bag. Everything feels like a tight squeeze getting in and out BUT the price was so good that I’m glad I have them as back ups to my Parkers...especially the chalk version in case it gets dirty. Like you, if the price wasn’t so low I would’ve returned them. Have fun shopping the Memorial Day sale! :wave:

I totally understand! It's hard to pass up a good bargain! I'm reluctant to return things because sometimes I get returner's remorse LOL The Madison backpacks are soooooo cute and it's a good idea to have backups for the chalk especially if you wear them often! The resale prices for the chalk Parker backpacks are high so it's a good thing you have those Madisons! I'm kicking myself for not getting the smaller quilted Parker backpack in chalk because it's so expensive now. Lesson learned! Buy now, think about it later! :lol: Speaking of sales, I thought the deals would have been over by the end of the weekend but they're still going! This is not good for my wallet! :lol:
