Cleaning Pandora. This is on the Austrlian site of Gilletts.
Add a drop of diswashing liquid to lukewarm water and clean the jewellery with a small, soft toothbrush. The toothbrush is an excellent tool for jewellery with patterns which may otherwise be difficult to clean. If a piece of jewellery is very dirty, leave it in lukewarm water to soak for 10 minutes with a drop of diswashing liquid. Rinse thoroughly with water.
Please note that pearls should not be submerged into water or come into contact with cleaning agents. Pearls should only be cleaned with a soft brush or a cloth.

Do not expose Pandora jewellery to harsh chemicals nor clean it with toothpaste as they can alter the appearance of your jewellery.

Love the beach. Looks peaceful.

Hey OZ girls, I'm trying to find a retired Pandora Sunflower bead with Bronze CZs. Is anyone in AUS willing to look/price one next time they're at a store, and possibly ship to me (I'd PayPal funds to you, and of course I'd pay shipping)? Many thanks in advance to anyone who PMs me with a response!

Thanks from Sunny Day, Chicago!

is it this one?

it is still avail HERE but depends if you want to pay $93 (it's $129 AU, but $93 US) as the exchange rate is so crap at the moment.

79246bcz I think thats the one you want Sunny Days. My jewellerys still has it for $66 Aust. With paypal and post it would probably cost you $50us. The jeweller also said bracelets can stretch approx 1cm due to the weight of the beads, but it does take time.

I have to admit that I find that very hard to believe, 1.5 MM perhaps, but cm??
I have had my first bracelet for almost a year, full of beads, and I just measured it, and the measurement is still spot on. Maybe they are thinking of cheaper bracelets? Next time I am in the Pandora shop - not just a jeweller that sells Pandora but the actual flagship store, I'm going to ask about this....if they would have to know for sure if this happens or not.

ETA: where is the other forum?

i found the discussion topic on a very popular and large social networking site (im not too sure if i can share the name of it on here. not overly familiar with the in's and out's of proper forum ettiqute! :shame:)

the group is called "i cant leave the house without my pandora bracelet".

some girls have said theyve been told to expect stretching of 1-2cm (!!!) by some pandora sellers. another person purchased a 17cm braclet which has now stretched to 18.5cm.

if the bracelet has stretched wouldnt that mean the initial length was too tight?? :hrmm:

I just can't imagine sterling silver "stretching" that much, I realise that I could be wrong, but my own logic isn't fond of the concept! It's like saying if you buy a silver ring that is too small, and force it over your finger it will eventually stretch and fit. and I've never seen that happen.
But I am intruiged now, and am going to ask more when I go to the shop. I am also wondering if the people who were told this were just sold smaller bracelets as they had run out of the larger ones??

I just bought a silver bracelet yesterday. I haven't bought any beads yet. I have a links of london braclet that is a bit to big ,so I just bought the empty bracelet to see how comfortable it is to wear. I really like it. Then to day I discovered this thread. I love all your bracelets, though I haven't looked at all the pages.

Pjaye and ChocolateAlful, you're both so sweet to respond. Another Aussie gal (are you all so nice???) PM'd me and she is going shopping for me! Many, many thanks - this community of pandora lovers is the best!
