Here’s my new speedy 20 I ordered online. I’m very disappointed with the shallow embossing and the leather slouching. I tried contacting my SA’s to see if any had I good one to exchange this for but unable to get a reply

The second one I got was like this. Slouchy and shallow print the next one I got was deep print and no slouching. I wonder if it has anything to do with the deep ness of print.
If it’s like that already I can’t imagine what it will end up looking like with wear.

It makes me wonder the same thing, I love the LV leather it’s thick and great quality. My OTG PM is black empreinte and the embossing is nice and deep in it.
I wonder what LV does with the returns on these with the slouchy and swallow embossing do they keep sending them out to the next person until someone keeps it? I’m not crazy picky but this is not ok to send out IMO.[/QUOTE]
