Be patient ! I have never seen a lock and key one at my TJ's until I saw the red one I bought. I don't think they are found there often !
For me Dept stores work it.
When I can wait for Macys F&F plus sale on designer bags.
I just updated my collection colors of the hamilton. Each came to a total of $200.99
Before tax. I think I Want a Navy now.

Nordstrom will match macys price if you have a nordstrom card.
Macys had the green on sale, nordstrom didn't but after being sweet on the customer service they matched price for me in Luggage. The red I paid a little more for.
Oh if I had opened a macys card it would have brought it down to $167 for each instead of $200. But I closed my account last year and wasn't ready to have my credit pulled for that amount.
I bought 2 Luggage colored ones, my mil loved it.

Macys.
They messed up my previous order and sent me merchandise credit because it sold out. So I had to re-order, but Red was not on sale online, I told customer service since it was their fault not mine, they need to extend some type of courtesy and allow me choose a color of choice, I got it for $265 or $268. 25% off . I didn't pay the $358 original price. And they had me wait cos it was unavailable and shipped next day air when they had it. Total wait time 4 days, I received the next day after it was shipped.
I was lucky enough to find a Selma messenger in Pearl Grey at Nordstrom Rack for $78-ish. Plus I have my reward points so I ended up just paying $67 something with tax included
