I just got back from the outlet. Every item I had the manager look up came back as full price. I don't understand since I know the peony rogue w/ exotic tea rose rivets definitely is at outlet since two people bought it today from what I read. The outlet I go to always does found orders for me but for some reason, they all came back as full price. She said she put the F in front and it usually will put it to the outlet price but it didn't. I know one item I had checked a month ago and decided to wait but now full price. I called and checked them last weekend and same thing....all came back as full price. I know they know how to look them up so not sure what's going on. Saving me money I guess!

They had a few retail bags but nothing I really wanted. They had a dusty rose Cooper but it seemed different than the one I have in bordeaux. They also had a dark turquoise rivets rogue but I wasn't really looking for that. 25's aren't big enough for me so I'm not trying to grow that size in my collection.[/

I called customer service to complain about found order and the guy offered me to buy bags from him over the phone. I was going to purchase this rogue but it came at a full price. Also, i wanted to order a black and saddle rogue 36. Only saddle had 70% off, the black was shown at the full price. I’m not sure what is going on with their system. I know that some people were able to do found orders for the both colors and they pay a discounted price
 
They said that the found order is something that they accommodate clients with and it has to be granted by the district manager. They didn’t even want to do a price adjustment but they did anyway. I don’t like this store period. I would like to order two regular rogues 36 in black and saddle and one regular rogue in piony with flowers

I’m on the phone with customer care and they are not able to give me an answer what their policy is. Basically, he is trying to brush me off and tells me every store has different rules

That's ridiculous! Coach should be Coach at every location. But we all know that is not reality.
I know that the discounts vary by region, but the deleted retail bags should be the same across all stores.

I have a little notebook I keep in my bag now because sometimes my phone dies and the charger isn't working! Always have to be prepared to pull out a Style #!
Smart women. I keep a list on my computer at home and in my phone. My SAs love doing found orders for me because it only takes a few minutes because I know what I want and have all the style numbers ready.

Mine too! This comments from Coach stores have me so annoyed.

Go in and do the order. The system will determine if can be ordered. Not a person
I agree. My SA used to tell me she could not order an item when the inventory was low, but I asked her to try it once and now she will order anything for me no matter the inventory. As long as the system accepts the order she places it.

Went to Pleasant Prairie and they only had a few deletes out, but I asked if they had more and was able to look through their cabinet where they keep them and the drawers there the keep the slg. They had a lot of fulton, a few coopers, and market totes. Nothing I really wanted. I thought about a found order to see if I could find a page 27, but the rest of my family came back to find me and they were impatient to leave :smile:
I want to order a Page 27 with rivets.

Almost took one of these beauties home yesterday at 70% off but I decided to behave. Ended up spending a whole $12.29 on the Keith Haring boombox charm, which is what I actually went in to get. :)

Hit the Aurora Outlet Mall in OH today and had so much fun with the 70% deletes. Didn't think of doing a found order until I read this thread. They only had 1 Rogue 25 and that is too small for me. I was hoping to get another larger Rogue that I didn't already have!

That’s so odd. I’m sorry you weren’t able to order what you wanted. They did have that rogue today at the outlet near me.

I started explaining my experience and he interrupted me and asked what style numbers I was looking for. Then he said retail prices and outlet prices for each item. Not every item had an outlet price. So, I placed an order on two items and when I asked him everyone says different stories he basically said we are in business of making money and if you have problems placing orders through the store always call us

And that’s why I don’t understand why anyone is given a hard time. You don’t make money on things you don’t sell.
