Wow! I read your post about all the Coach goods you were wearing. Sorry that happened. That's the one store I've been in (other than outlets), but I just breezed through quickly. I hoped that once you had a Coach hangtag you could have it monogrammed at a later time.I did. It was a no go. They told me a leathergoods purchase was required. Who do they think they are - Hermes?

I have a new favorite outlet. I used the mens store to do my FO this weekend. The manager just called to update me that my order processed via Jax and it shipped. I told her thank you and no other manager has done this. She is a keeper

I should go to the men's. I am starting to feel like the SAs at my outlet are jerks. As you have told me that they made up rules for not being able to order when quantity is less than 15. When I called about the Rogue the lady on the phone said, "Oh I know exactly who you are!" I just simply ignored her comment because that's useful to me how again? [emoji82]

I think they like to harass me because I don't buy most of the outlet stuff. So they call me the girl who only wants retail. Lol.
I haven't liked much of the outlet stuff in a long time but lately they have a few nice leathers. The Cassidy bag is on par with retail IMO. So is Ivy particularly the satchel in black pebble leather. Not 1941, mind you, but still higher quality than other outlet items. No offense to outlet buyers.
I agree. Once in a while they have good stuff. I liked Ivy hobo soon as they came out! Even in signature which isn't my thing at all! I can't do Cassidy. I'm trying to stay away from flap and lock closures. It's only a minor inconvenience but I apparently like too many styles of bags so it's my attempt to narrow down the collection and keep the styles I'm most comfortable using.
