I was at Pleasant Prairie today and brought two rogues from online sale to be price adjusted. They did return and rebuy at 70% off, but would not do an additional 20 off, even though I brought a print out with me. I just looked at rogue in retail section, they had plenty...in different colors.

I would ask again, 20% is still a nice chunk of $$. I bet at the time you went, they had not figured out what to do yet. I was there late in the afternoon and it sounded like they had figured out that they had to honor it, they even had a barcode they scanned at the register ready for it.

ETA: they said the email was suppose to only be for online but because of the wording about it being used at the store, they have to honor it, was probably a mistake the Coach marketing department made.....shocking because we all KNOW Coach ‘s marketing/IT departments never make mistakes :lol:

The wording actually says" Offer Valid in Continental US Stores Only" Also Please show associate email in order to redeem in-stores. So they REALLY messed up if that is the case.

Okay, it is worth a try;) will call in the morning. They actually tried to explain to me that their deletes never go that low, that only clearance can be additional 20% off and I did not press it too much, felt like they were already doing me a favor with adjustments. However, since their marketing team made this mistake (and I agree:) of course they never do) and enough people have noticed, they should honor it, and hopefully they will:)))

Coach has always moved on, and eventually they have new styles that people love. This has happened for years, and there have been some beautiful lines. It is part of the business to keep things fresh. I am fine with the clear out.

Orlando is honoring the extra 20% off. They didn't have a ton of new deletes, but they have ombre wallets, and a ton of other wallets. I got a moss Charlie 28 with rivets for $78, an ombre wallet for $48 and a floral kisslock coin purse for $36. Also a light blue signature Embossed Charlie for mom for $84.
Other deletes are what we've been seeing... Rogue 30 in multiple colors, nomads, nomad crossbody, dreamer and dreamer 36's. They did have dark denim rogue 36 with silver metallic snakeskin handles that I hadn't seen before. Usually I see the regular snakeskin.
Anyway, off to the next outlet.

My husband had to fly out to Phoenix and I was all excited thinking I could head over to the Rosemont coach outlet by O’hare, then he told me that he was flying out of Milwaukee, so I ended up at PP outlet instead and bought this stuff:

Lucky you got a dustbag with your Rodarte pouch! For some reason, none of the deletes at my local outlet have their original dustbags, so I didn't get one with mine. It's a good thing I had was able to find one in my closet for it.

Congrats! You have a really nice haul. Love the Rodarte wristlet and the cherry print wallet. I have the wristlet with the same print, but this small wallet will take up less space in my matching kisslock bag.

Probably because it was still in the drawer in the dustbag but my SA said they are taking out the dustbags when they can because customers have been taking them out and adding them to their purchases. If it’s a retail bag you are buying, always ask if they have the dustbag for it, usually they do and bring it to you when you purchase that bag.
