God, I hate when they do that!! If you want to sell it, put it on display! Only saving grace is one SA at my outlet who really knows my style and preferences, and will always bring out stuff I like.

I would love to get Elvis Rogue.... Bummer tried Found order before ..and only 1 listed but order didn't go through..
ASM at my Outlet said they can only do Found Orders through Jax.. Not other stores..

Omg.... they have the dark fairytale backpack I tried to hunt down for a year!!!! It was an overseas exclusive, why couldn't they put it on FOS?!?!

Can you ask your store to call this store and have them transfer the Rogue to your store? When I was waiting in line to pay, I heard them calling another store to get some item transferred for a customer to the store so it sounds like they can do that?

I must’ve gotten bad intel! I asked about phone orders and about transfers yesterday and was told no to both. The SA had the ear piece - does that mean manager?
Never hurts to ask again!

Thanks!! I waited too long. Just called the Pleasant Prairie Outlet. The Elvis Rogue was sold. If it was still there, I would have put it on hold. Then called my outlet to beg them to transfer EP Rogue.

It makes me sad to see these well made, beautiful (and supposedly rare) runway pieces thrown on a clearance counter at 70% off. It's an end of a Coach era that I really enjoyed. I hope they replace 1941 quality with a new era of equal beauty and quality.

So true, these pieces are made beautifully, the quality is superb.

I was in shock when I first walked in there and saw all the items. I wonder where they all came from? The kisslocks which they had two of, are numbered as only 167 made. Maybe Coach is like us and hoards their bags, forgets they are there until spring cleaning is done :lol:
