I contacted the customer service line, mailbox and through live chat, all says the Favourite clutch is unavailable online and in stores in all sizes and all styles, and is currently unpredictable when they will be back in stock. It is however, not retired from the collection.

Anyone received a different answer? Or fortunate enough to purchase one in the recent?

I’ve contacted LV on several occasions. The first time I was told it was available at such and such location. When I called that store they said they didn’t have any. So about a week later I called LV again and was told they are completely sold out in the States and Canada. Ok. So I come here find someone bought one. So I called LV again. I was told to hold on while they try locating one. And vola! They located one. She told me to hold on while they get the store on the phone. Once it was confirmed there was one available she put me through to the store. It was the LV shops at Saks in the Walt Whitman mall. The SA told me they had gotten a shipment in where there were a couple available in each color and asked which one I wanted. I couldn’t believe it! She waived the fast shipping fee and I got my bag 2 days later.

A member here just did a reveal of the DE favorite pm that she was able to buy from a store....

Heloo!is the Iena P.M. model available in the Louis Vuitton stores? On the l.v site it is unavailable. Is it a rare model, difficult to find? And will there be price raises in Europe for the Louis Vuitton products? If so, when?

Ok I decided to return my Favorite PM in DE and wait to see if I could get a Favorite MM. In the meantime I ordered a District PM in DE. :biggrin:

Im wondering if this is a bad move considering this bag is hard to get. Am I crazy for doing this? :eek:

I received one today. I called CS early yesterday morning around the time the east coast stores open. The CS rep was not like any other in that she searched for two hard to find items I was looking for. Within 30 minutes I connected to my new and wonderful SA and minutes I purchased one. I refuse to shop in the boutique near me. The CS rep did tell me that certain items are hard to find but they are out there. One needs to connect with a CS rep that will take the time to search. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately half of the CS reps won't even attempt to look because they assume certain HTF items are just OOS.
