Ordered a Rogue Tote with chain link detail. Got a Rogue 25 with Tea Roses!

Ok received an order today that shipped from store (Beverly hills.) Nothing was stuffed or wrapped, just thrown in dustbags. Probaby display baga. Poor double swagger has scratches all over the front and handle is smooshed. Cooper has scratced up feet (no biggie) but scratches front and back. Rogue tote actually in good condition, but I ordered the newer design #26886 and they sent me the older #59136. The person who packed this order obviously didn't give a **** lol.

I got an order today (department store) and the box was too short for the length of the bag, so the soft leather corners were scrunched up and dented in. If the bag wasn't missing coloring in several areas, I'd keep it.
But the scariest thing? They TAPED the price tag to the bag (it was already attached with a clear plastic tag string). I understand that whoever packaged this bag probably wanted it to look "neat & all in order with tag" so they double-rolled the tape on the back of the tag and affixed it to the front of the bag, but putting tape onto soft leather is ill-advised, you'd think. I am returning it, but I did remove that tape and am shipping back in a bigger box than what I received.

I think this proves that no one handles bags like someone who actually enjoys and loves them. Though, if I have to be nitpicky...I have only ever received GORGEOUS and careful packaging from Tory Burch online, and I never even asked for gift packaging.
Yikes! I will say this that the 2 bags I ordered on Day 1 of sale (a Rogue 25 and a regular sized Rogue) came impeccably packaged and were PRISTINE.
 
Holy smokes, it's like a comedy of errors going on in shipping it seems! I only got the Dinky 24 in this SAS that came from a store, and they gift wrapped and boxed it to the nines, I am thankful it wasn't haphazardly thrown in a box, that to me is a lack of pride in your job.

Hi, thank you. I'm definitely returning the 2 that were beat up. Undecided on the rogue tote. It's the older version with the floating clutch vs built-in pocket, but really nice so not sure if I should reorder or keep this one. I'm only assuming the one with built-in pouch would keep shape better, but it might not be any different.

Yes, I'd be embarrassed if I fulfilled an order that way, but the store was probably happy to get rid of them knowing they'd be returned to JAX vs them :(

How disappointing! You order and anxiously wait for them and they come to you looking like crap! Then you have to cart the boxes to the UPS store to send back. In the meantime, the item may be sold out or your money is on hold until you can get a refund! Doesn't Coach get that we pay for quality and expect it! These little things go a long way. These bad things also go a long way and makes you hesitate to order any more.

I did a store order for the washed red tea rose clutch yesterday and I completely forgot about this thread! It shipped the day after I ordered it from JAX, so crossing fingers it comes to me in NWT condition. Super nervous!!
