Update:
I called CS & the rep could not have been more understanding & professional. Exceptional customer service. She sent me a new UPS label so that she could track it & issue the refund as soon as she could confirm the package was shipped back. She offered to ship out the correct bag but due to my vacation coming up, I declined & said I would buy in store.
Sad I had the issue but they handled it very well. Kind of felt bad she had to handle the mistake of someone else.
