I know that Oprah can be controversial.
What bothered me MOST about her show was her CONSTANT interruption of guests when she asked them a question. That drove me insane as many people were never permitted to answer not because they didn't want to....she didn't ALLOW THEM TO.
Ironically, I remember watching a show where she went to a small town in the US and walked into some diner where she sat down and spoke with one of the male patrons. He was so starstruck that he immediately called his wife on his cell- while Oprah was talking to him. She apparently found that very rude (imagine....someone not giving Oprah 100% of their attention!!!
), and told him so, but he politely told her he was calling his wife as meeting with Oprah doesn't happen everyday.
I will get back to topic, but I will say I'm not surprised in many ways that Oprah spoke about religion the way she did as bottom line.....nothing has ever stopped her before. She has this persona where because she's Oprah, she can basically do whatever she wants (and she does)

Yes! This is why I stopped watching her show years ago. She's so rude to her guests, and even audience members.

Vegas, not to worry. I think we'll be seeing Oprah again - I predict within the next year or two she'll resurrect her show on OWN. She needs to do something besides repeating the few shows she has (the behind-the-scenes shows, old Dr. Phil episodes, etc) over and over again.

I'm guessing the tassel bracelet is around 30 ct. I'll guess her bracelet is 20 ct & add 10 for the tassel & the knot. (Although we don't have a good picture to go from.)

oooh ok gotcha! I thought you meant they were man-nuked! lots of gemstones get their colour this way, the heat of the earth over the years causes the mineral specimans to heat up and cool down over millions of years and gives us gorgeous gemstones in all different coloursIt goes without saying!

i'm sure if you were very curious about it you could dig some information up on natural radiation and its affects on gemstones?
