Clapping is dead air. If I am tuning in to listen to Wendy, I want to hear her speak, not an audience clapping.

Lots of shows have audience clapping after the guest says some silly little thing… and that's when I turn the TV off.

I cannot stand that :pullhair: and when my daughter constantly makes noises for no reason at all (boredom) it drives me nuts too!
