There are flaws, and then there are bad manufacturing/handling practices, which is what this bag looks like its suffering from. I think you're reasonable to ask for an exchange - I would. Sorry you got a bad one after all your anticipation! They should be able to find one that's in much better condition.

I would go with black on black because I personally have a couple black leather bags with gold hardware. The black on black is unique and edgy. Also, it looks like a classy bag that you will be able to love for many years.

Hi thanks! Yea that's what I ended up getting is the black on black as I have a couple black leather /gold hardware handbags as well. (I stuck to more classic colors when I got my Chanel's because I thought it would look timeless lol) are you also considering getting the coach swagger black on black too? :)

Actually, I picked it up in green yesterday as a birthday present to myself! Lol

I went into 2 different coach stores in the past week and didn't see any green ones. I think your best bet at locating one is to try calling customer service to see if they can help you find one. Hope that helps! Good luck in your search. :)

The Pea color was only offered in the small sized Swagger, but the regular size was offered in the 'Green' color with gold hardware. They may still be available to order by phone. The style number for the green is 34408

I searched extensively for mine and ended up stumbling upon it at Macy's! (Which I was extremely surprised by) I asked the SA and she looked it up, finding out that I was purchasing the last one from any Macy's in our region. She said she believed they were sold out almost everywhere. Best of luck in your search!
