They have had my handbag since June 6th and I just received word that they are sending it back to me with without any repairs. I feel quality control is an issue and LV does not stand behind their products. Very upsetting to me as I have been a LV handbag purchasers for years. I am done with them.

Maybe you can request a refund or credit or exchange the bag? I ended up returning the bag.

I had read the issue here with it not staying closed so I just picked up a little packet of tiny clear rubberbands (like for braids) at the drug store and put one on each drawstring to prevent the bag from opening past where I want it to. I can still cinch it closed more but it only opens enough to put my hand in and take out what I need. You cant see the clear rubberbands and this solved the problem for me.

I had tried the rubber bands too but it didn’t slide as easily as hair ties. I did end up returning it for the scala which was what I had initially wanted to purchase.

LV would not let me do either. How long had you had your bag? I had the bag for over a year but only carried it a few times. I kept thinking perhaps I was putting too much in it and that was the problem. We are snowbirds and I left it in FL but when we returned 8 months later I realized it was nothing I was doing. They said since it was over a year they could do nothing about it. It was in perfect condition and they admitted it. Thanks for suggestion, wish they would have allowed me to do that.

I returned it within 30 days.
Maybe you can speak to a manager or contact corporate?
If not, maybe you can sell it on eBay or another site or even sell it to fashionphile?

I hope it works out.

Just found this thread as I just purchased the black with color perforation version (don’t know what it’s called.) I actually don’t have the cinch problem. I could make it very tight if I want to. Maybe that problem happens after the bag is used for a while?

Congrats on your new Bella! I'm considering adding this one to my Bella collection but not sure from the pics on the website. Can you post some pics of yours? I've never had any problem cinching mine. I keep it open enough to get my hand inside and have not had any problems with this.

I'm glad I found this thread because there isn't a lot of information on this beautiful bag out there. I just ordered the Bella in blue and am hoping I like it when it arrives. I just love how pretty and feminine the ice blue perforated mahina is with the silver hardware.

I looked at bag organizers for it. Do any of you have a bag organizer for your Bella? It might take away from the light coming through the perforated leather? I like the idea of being able to organize my things better since it doesn't have interior pockets. Thoughts?

I don't use an organizer in my Bella bags, but I don't carry much - just a small wallet, toiletry pouch 15 for a catch-all, and my phone.

I have a simple one from Etsy. It allows me to seperate out smaller items but frankly is more to catch any spills/drips just in case.

I did add the cord lock, but I put it inside the bag, my pics are in the first or second page of this post, it was too long ago, I couldn’t find my pics in my mobile phone at the moment
