I am fortunate that I can buy almost anything I need from a couple of local independent nail supply stores; you should see if there's some in your area. Do you need licenses to purchase from these?

Some you do and others you don't. Independent shops make their own rules. I've found at least three that don't - some charge a percentage more if you're not licensed. One has started selling only to licensed, but they know me and still sell to me. The only thing I haven't been able to get is IBX.

NancyG, you are so lucky to live close to a store like that. I wish I did. I can only get my fix at Sally's and Ulta. Also 1 or 2 websites I trust.

I my state, Vietnamese stores don't need one. Maybe try looking for one in your city.

Same thing happens to me! I forgot to cure the repair and didn't realize till I was curing the regular IBX application!

You can get IBX from beautysupplycanada.com. They didn't require a license either.
