Glad to hear it worked out. Though, i have to admit not sure i would be willing to risk it lol. I think it's ridiculous to not allow online at least due the issue of not being able to inspect the items or try them out.

Thanks, HS! (I like the new avatar!) I probably wouldn't have shipped the return if I had seen the website policy BEFORE I sent it, but thankfully it worked out.

So if I bought a full priced bag and partially paid for it with my gift card, would I be able to return it for a full refund to my debit card? Or would they still return the money I paid with gift card back to my gift card?
