They will refund, and promptly. I have had many lately that I have ordered (all on sale) and some I ended up returning. They are the best I have had service wise, the very day they receive the package they refund! :tup:

I bought a Bedford satchel during the Christmas sale, and immediately had buyer's remorse. I called MK customer service not 10 minutes later to cancel and they said "no, the order is in process." Um, ok. No option to cancel...??? :confused1:

So I got the bag and it wasn't love. I repacked it, included a note that I had tried to cancel the order and used the prepaid return shipping label. Now I'm putzing around the MK website and see that SALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. :p Uh oh. I wonder what will happen when they get that box? :laugh: Are they going to ship it back to me? Sheesh.

Has anyone else returned a non-returnable item and what did they do? I feel pretty dumb right now. :blushing: (But they SHOULD have allowed me to cancel the stupid order.) SIGH.

But why would they send you a prepaid return label, then? Is it included automatically despite being a sale item?

I didn't attempt to return it, and decided I'd keep it...but I really didn't like it so that's why I sold it a couple months later. :smile1:
 
That makes me feel better, I have contemplating one of the sale bags, but I saw the no returns thing and it has been keeping me from going ahead and purchasing.

I hope you get the refund, I am going to follow this to see the outcome :D
 
Yes they will honor returns for online purchases, but not in the stores unfortunately.


Yeah I really hate this about the stores. I was able to get a final sale bag exchanged with a gift receipt, but they charged me for the difference in price since it was no longer on sale. Didn't make sense to me so the next week I went in and they allowed me to return it for my money back... But at that point I bought it for full price already. Their return policy is strange. This is why I like shopping at nordies and Macy's.
 
UPDATE!!!!! MK received my return yesterday and has already processed and refunded. :tup:

So contrary to what the website says, new and unused SALE merchandise was refunded.
