I bought a Bedford satchel during the Christmas sale, and immediately had buyer's remorse. I called MK customer service not 10 minutes later to cancel and they said "no, the order is in process." Um, ok. No option to cancel...??? 
So I got the bag and it wasn't love. I repacked it, included a note that I had tried to cancel the order and used the prepaid return shipping label. Now I'm putzing around the MK website and see that SALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
Uh oh. I wonder what will happen when they get that box?
Are they going to ship it back to me? Sheesh.
Has anyone else returned a non-returnable item and what did they do? I feel pretty dumb right now.
(But they SHOULD have allowed me to cancel the stupid order.) SIGH.
