Has anyone taken OTG on a plane? Will it fit under the seat or does it have to go in the overhead bins? I was able to grab a red OTG when it was “place in cart” :yahoo:. Hoping it arrives in time for vacation

Hi! I hope your bag arrives in time for your vacation.

Recently, I traveled with mine and it fits under the seat. However, be mindful that if someone spills something, your bag can be damaged. Because of this, I carried mine inside of a vinyl shopping bag (to create a waterproof barrier) and that bag was inside of a huge beach bag. Because I was on a long flight, I chose to store my OTG in the overhead bin (against the wall of the bin) and laid it flat. I put my suitcase next to it and made sure no one moved the OTG or my suitcase. I had no issues storing it this way.
I prefer to place any bag I travel with in an overhead bid as I described. One time I was on a flight and the toilet backed up and waste was leaking on the floor and ruined a lot of things. It was a hot mess express!!!

The shoulder straps on the OTG are very useful for traveling. You can place the straps on the suitcase handle and roll it with your suitcase. IMO, the OTG is better to travel with than the NF.

Safe travels!!

Thank you! Putting it inside a shopping bag is great idea. Can wait for it to arrive

Sad to report that there’s been an increase of $100 for the OTG. However, I’m reminded that this is a small increase compared to other luxury brands. https://us.louisvuitton.com/eng-us/products/onthego-monogram-nvprod1390084v
So I’m late to the otg party and trying to get in. Desperately seeking one in the reverse mono. Does anyone have any leads? I found it on the uk website this morning but by the time my friend replied with her address it was back to out of stock. I’m on the east coast btw - DMV area. Any assistance appreciated as it’s totally off the us site so clearly not one I can stalk. Lastly are the us bags MIF?

How much does this piece cost? Can’t seem to find the LV price or bag on the site? I see it’s hiked up quite a bit on all of the pre-owned sites.

Thanks
It is $2440 or €1750 in stores. The reverse is missing on the US website but if you search for onthego other colours show up.
