Hi all, I adore all your pics and fantastic information! I am very interested in the OTG MM reverse monogram, but like most of you, don’t care for the updated black shoulder straps. There are some of the first or second edition with the original straps available from reputable resellers - at quite a premium. If I were to purchase, but then later have a problem w/the bag, would LV stand behind it? Or would they not because I’m not the original owner? Thanks so much!

Hi! I don’t have an answer for you specific question but I wanted to say I was just like you not wanting the black straps. I was able to find an OTG GM with the reverse straps in the boutique and my CA let me know an MM came in with the reverse (because why I think I need both sizes ♀️). My point is if you have a CA you work with maybe they can find one for you because the prices on the resale marker are astronomical for this bag!
You are not going to believe this. After I got your message, I texted my CA. She got one in TODAY!! With the monogram straps!! She put it aside for me!! Thank you so much for your post!! I thought the monogram straps were long gone and never thought of asking my CA! I so appreciate your help. And your name is adorable. Thanks again!!
P.S. Yes, the secondary market on this bag is crazy! $1,000 over retail on FASHIONPHILE! And worse on Tradesy, etc!
If they have changed the straps that means that the previous ones were defective.
So I suggest you to not buy the old model
I was told by my SA that the canvas straps are prone to cracks and that is why they have replaced with leather strap . I some how can live wiht black strap but what is with Red lining? It matches Damier Ebene but not Reverse. In my opinion only!
Hi OTG lovers, I am not sure if this is normal or not.. This is MM size. I just wear my bag twice. Both is around 1 hour and I always travel light. Never overload the bag. I only carry rosalie, my phone, keys, mini pochette with hand sanitizer and wet wipes inside. I always carry as a shoulder bag and now the top of the bag shape is weird.

Now I can bring more stuff and I don’t have to worry about the weird shape.. I am falling in love with OTG all over again..
That looks great! I’m glad you found a solution. I just purchased this same bag. I love it but I wanted to get a bag organizer/shaper too and I’m not sure which one to get. I have purchased Samorga for my neverfulls in the past. I was looking at the DivideAndConquer on Etsy because shipping is faster and free.I quoted my own post.. My bag organizer just arrived and it helps to maintain the shape. Just to share..

What brand did you choose? Are you happy with the fit in the bag and organization features?
I’m eager to use it but I’m making myself wait until I get an insert!
Mine came from local brand KD Australia. This was made for OTG, so it fits well on the bag. I like the features. The most important for me is bottle holder for my kids. I just don’t like when the bottle is moving around the bag, now problem solved with organizer. I don’t carry much, so I don’t really need organizer with so many pocket. At first I want to get Zoomoni or Samorga, but the shipment is just too long. Local shop can reach me faster. Surprisingly really fast and good quality.
