I wanted to advise everyone to check their edge glazing if they have an "original" of this bag. You can see from newer photos that the edges have been changed (they're folds now); this is because the first run had bad glazing problems. One was returned to my store literally peeling off. Post 232 in this thread shows how they're being made now.

Mine seems fine so far, but if yours is peeling, take it in ASAP!

The first picture is my OnTheGo that I acquired in May - you can see the glazing at the seams holding the front of the bag to the side of the bag. It’s more noticeable at the top of the bag.
The second picture is from this forum post 232 and as you can see there is no glazing on the seams of this bag.
I’m not 100% sure but I think that’s the difference.

Whoa - I cant believe that happened already!!! I’ve only used mine like three times to go shopping. I’m waiting for the fall to use it again.

The OnTheGo is definitely a bag to use when running errands and well on the go .
I used it for an all day shopping adventure with my daughter and I could not believe how many people reached out to say “love your bag”, “great bag” or “your bag is beautiful”.
Its on the larger side for me but very functional
It’s so easy to get in and out of - I love that I can leave it on my shoulder and reach inside to grab my wallet or my phone

I purchased the organizer from Amazon - I attached a picture from my order history so you can see the brand. It fits in my NF mm and the OTG.

Mine is from the first batch (Italy) and is also starting to peel . I visited a store while travelling and they asked me to pay $700 for an even exchange as that won’t be happening I will contact my CA when I get home.



The one I saw in store had the new folded edges and was way more structured with stiffer canvas. It was made in France. I wonder if the glazing problem I’m having will be fixed as they did not change the design of the long handles.

It is a great travel bag but if you carry a lot in it the straps will begin to hurt ( I don’t have this problem with my GM DE neverfull)
