is there some sort of color transfer from the vernis i wanted to get one but was afraid i would just ruin it (scratches and everything) and if im not mistaken i read something about vernis color transfer

I have never had a problem. I have worn my red houston allover and have not had any issues. Infact it has stayed so much cleaner than any of my other LV bags. It's very easy to wipe down too.

I Had Voted For The Cles ~ It's So Beautiful.....But, The More I Read, It Sounds As You Want Something More Durable...I Don't Feel Vernis Is Delicate ~ It's Just Mono Is Safer

Yeha You have to be aware of color transfer, but with the darker vernis it isn't really much of a worry. I just watch to be sure that I have my cles in its own pocket, away from receipts or anything with print. Its just something I consciously do (just as you would not store a pen in your bag). I have honestly used it everyday since January and have had no issues with it.
