One luxury bag or a bunch of luxury accessories?

I would choose the big purchase (bag) first instead of a bunch of smaller ones. It's harder to make a big purchase once, but for me it would be more enjoyable than shoes since I also tend to trash them and rotate through my shoes.

Definitely the boy bag first! You can save up faster for the others along the way as they cost less. Also the price on those accessories won't increase as fast.

I'm not an accessories gal in general. I buy fine jewelry and premiere handbags. I don't buy scarves, shawls, high end costume jewelry, watches, purse charms or lots of SLG's because they don't move me at all. And I don't buy high end shoes because I don't see much quality difference between mid range and premier and styles change faster than with bags. So I place 10,000 votes for the handbag.

Prices will only go up and you can always get a scarf or other trinket later.

Thanks everyone! I will definitely do a reveal of whatever I buy.

Accessories ... You only have one shoulder for one bag. But you can have multiple place to wear your accessories, and you can wear your other bag together with ur LV shawl and Valentino shoes at the same time.

Consider the usage time and efficiency improving your outfit, accessories will be the better choice if you already have a nice bag.

Trust me the LV shawl is one of my holy grail. And Valentino shoes is a must.

+1

i'd pick several SLGs over a single bag. they get far more use, in my experience, and can be mixed and matched. a bag generally has fewer wearable options.

It depends where you are with your collection.

It doesn't make sense to have lots more bags to me anymore but I'm happy to splash out on some choice accessories because often more now it's the little things that really represent a truer personal luxury and ultimately make me feel happy rather than something to show to others.

I get more enjoyment from splurging on one purse than buying a bunch of little things. I cherish a small collection, though. If I have no desire for a new bag, then I would buy a bunch of small things. Do what gives you the most joy.
