Well, remember Fayden's Phoebe in the matt leather with the lighter stitching? Mulberry told her that they only made that style of Phoebe in the US.

I'm not sure why they do it. Would be interesting to find out.

Yes, it would be interesting to find out because I can't think of a reason why they do this!

Little boys are really cute but they often turn into little devils:smile1: I have experience in that because of my sweet little brother:nuts:

I found Milan a bit of a dump without the fashion whereas Rome is more cultural. You are shopping with all the historic sites, ruins around you. My favorite is Tuscany (although it's very busy now), dying to go Amalfi coast. We love Italy.

I'd love to just have boys too, but my hubby wants girls because he's from boys-family. Of course we can choose...:suspiciou

hmmmm.....It has to be the same like the other charlotte bags. I can't imagine that the charlotte 24 comes in different sizes!!!

But it looks really big in the picture!!!:blink:

yes it is a real charlotte 24 and it looks like that beacuse it is empty!

kk blieve me milan has the best shops!! rome has nothing exciting really.
obviously i am speaking of shopping, about art, in rome there is everything you want but i have to say that if i had to choose a place where to live in italy i'd choose venice!!

That bag does look great in black too. Hmmmm.....might have to pop back to the shop and have another look.

Boys are great - have 2 now, wouldn't mind a girl, but another boy would be great. I suppose there's less chance of my bags/makeup/clothes being borrowed.

Not that there's anything wrong with that :D

Cal, have you started using your bag yet? How is it? Does it live up to your expectation?
I really like the dark brown, I should not have another look at it anymore otherwise I would regret the camel.
So I should give Milan another try.

KK - will be using tomorrow. I did prance around the house in it, even putting in all my gear (+ nappy) and it felt really nice. Looking forward to the public unveiling soon.

I used mine last night....I really like it.

I finally got pics of most of my bags to put into my collection thread, but for now, here is my dark brown Charlotte 24. :love:

I've never heard of Gerard Darel, but I just read through this thread and I am VERY interested. It looks amazing, especially at such an affordable price!!! How can I get the bag in the U.S.? I know someone who's going to Paris in a week and he might be able to buy it for me. Would that be better or is there some other way I can order it? Can I contact a store in Paris directly and have them ship it to me or is it better to contact a place in the US that carries them? I'm interested in the white. Thanks!

Bjara, jealous, jealous, love the brown. Somehow, I find the hardware too obvious on the camel and love how subtle it is on the brown. darn.

Jeanna, it's better to get it in Paris if your friend can, there are so many colours to choose from as well as a BETTER price than buying it here in N.A. The shops in Paris do NOT send at all. But if your friend can't get it for you, you can order it from the 2 suppliers in the U.S (read through this thread, you will find the contact details). Alternatively, you can buy it from ebay, there are not many of them and they don't send outside of Europe, but sometime you do find some that's willing to send to worldwide. Good luck.
