"Oldies" no longer relevant?

I went through that phase too. I have a few bags (museum bags) that are not practical for me but are beautiful works of art. (The Polene Numero Un comes to mind as well as my new Cesaire.) If I could put them in a showcase cabinet and not feel weird about it, I would!! (I'm also still looking for that Chocolate FBF!)
There are so many bags that I think are gorgeous but they'd be totally impractical for me (almost anything colourful which is a damn shame). I get to live vicariously through everyone here though  .

Although I might be as old as the OG in the purse forum, I'm one of those who actually a fan of the new City versions, except Demna's Graffiti City. I've had a couple of the old City versions that I sold. I have 2 problems with the old versions:
1. I don't like crinkled leather.
2. Original City size is too big for my body frame.
That's why I was so happy when Alexander Wang came up with small City with metallic edge in chevre leather (my fave leather in any bags). Now if I could find a small metallic edge City in ox-blood....
