Yup, I read that article too (about Kate Hudson's son). I believe I read an article about Celine Dion in People magazine where she also said her son liked his hair long.

Do I like the look of long hair on a boy? Not at all. I will personally keep my son's hair short from a young age, for grooming sake. If he wants to grow his hair out when he's in his teens, then I'll let him (because by that age he'll be old enough to decide for himself).
