nah I don't think so. I've been living in Quebec for a long time now and I grew up here too and none of my friends or people I saw grew their hair long like that. Of course, there were a FEW (kids who wanted individuality and all), but I don't think it's because of religion or being French-Canadian.

Haha I knew that it was Celine Dion when I read the title of this thread. He does have nice hair. but it is way too long. There is someone in one of my classes and his hair goes down to his shoulders. Even THAT is too long. Celine Dion looks great!

I totally agree with you, I read that Kate (hudson) said that her kid likes his long hair and wont let her cut it. Maybe Celine's son is the same, if my kid liked his hair so much I am not gonna force him to cut it just because society, its not like smoking, using drogs or something like that, its juts a haircut
