$500,000 for 13 properties is hardly worth raising an eyebrow.
In many cities in Florida, 50% of homes are purchased with cash.
If Justin is a realtor he is probably flipping homes for cash and looking for a place to park it, or is using OPM.

Sydney and Justin both work in real estate so my guess is they are flipping houses and 500,000 for 13 properties isn't that much honestly.

Also I'm sorry but every time I hear the Goldman family talk they just sound greedy and mad they didn't get money from the 33.5 million dollars from wrongful death lawsuit against O.J. that they won. Yes they lost a son and brother but it seems like I hear them complain more that they haven't received much of the money from the lawsuit. They seem to rather mention money more than actually mentioning wanting justice for Ron. All the money in the world at the end of the day isn't going to bring Ron back. And I'm speaking as someone that lost a cousin who was also stabbed to death. Yes my aunt perused a lawsuit as well. She didn't end up receiving any money. But is she constantly bringing up the fact that she didn't get the money (which could've been millions)...No because at the end of the day her son/my cousin isn't alive and no amount of money was ever going to be able to replace the fact that he is no longer alive.

Also the Goldman's should realize even though Sydney and Justin are O.J.'s kids they are also Nicole's kids. So it seems out of place to go after them about how they get money considering their mother was murdered in addition to Ron. They make their own money from real estate business. They are the sole beneficiaries of Nicole's estate. And likely get money from trust funds set up by Nicole.

The Goldman's can be kind of annoying. But getting money from OJ is their way of getting some sort of retribution/revenge. Imagine if you won a big settlement and then the defendant had all sorts of money coming in you couldn't touch.

Maybe for the Goldmans it's more the principle of the matter. Hey look OJ says he has no money but his kids have all kinds of it. What's wrong with this picture he's lying as usual.

That's not my opinion - just a possibility. I'm sure they want him to pay for their son's death dearly and by any means possible. We can't even fathom the pain they suffered and what it can do to a person.

OJ was found guilty in a civil trial and ordered to pay damages. He refused to pay those damages.

Fred Goldman doesn't want OJ to get away with that, along with getting away with murder. To date, the Goldmans haven't received anything from OJ.

Goldman is not greedy, he just wants O.J. to pay for his crime. His motivation is justice, not greed.

My grandmother lost a daughter to murder. She could have gotten millions from the person that did it.

But she always said 'the most valuable person is gone forever. No amount of money could ever soothe my heartache' said it would be like torture reliving it all for the civil suit.

Is this a joke? Greedy?? This statement really makes me livid! He butchered their son/brother and then made a mockery of his character in subsequent interviews! Rons last few minutes on earth were a horrific nightmare thanks to OJ.
If OJ is illegally hiding money or funneling it to ppl who shouldn't have it (like he's done before) I hope the Goldmans never stop going after him. I hope they ruin OJs life like he did theirs.

Maybe greedy wasn't the right word to use in my previous post but I think the constant asking for money as a form of justice just seems misguided especially in this circumstance regarding the properties. Because by going after Sydney and Justin who while yes are O.J.'s kids are also Nicole's kids therefore the Goldman's are also going after the children whose mother was murdered. If OJ's other kids, Arnelle and Jason were the ones making the property purchases (especially Arnelle since publicly she seems to make it known of all O.J.'s kids she is closest to him) I could see why they would question the purchase of multiple properties. But the purchase of multiple properties are by Sydney and Justin who actually work in real estate and because of that there is a great chance that the money they used is their own from business/was never O.J.'s in the first place.

The Goldman's can keep going after O.J. for money if they want but it is pretty obvious at this point he isn't going to pay them at all. I know they saw O.J. going to jail for robbery as a form of justice because they even said as much in interviews. The Goldman's have been saying in interviews since O.J. went to jail how they hope he didn't get out on parole (which we now know he is) because they saw him being in jail as a form of justice for the fact that Ron was killed. To me O.J. at least being in jail (even if it was for the robbery not murders) will always be more justice for Ron rather than how much money they ever receive. And if we are being honest I see O.J. back in jail for violating probation because O.J. is going to be under even closer watch now than he was prior to his jail sentence for the robbery. And seeing how he was after the murder trial as well as hearing some of his statements at the parole hearing he just seems to think he is still perceived as the O.J. pre-murders when in reality only his friends seem to see him that way.

I don't know maybe I have a different perspective then some of you because like I said in my previous post I went through a similar circumstance within my family (obviously wasn't as high profile like this situation) where my cousin was also stabbed to death and my aunt pursued a lawsuit where she could've received millions but she hasn't ended up receiving anything at all either. My aunt even said herself to my mom (the sibling she closest to) when she first pursued the lawsuit rather she win or lose the lawsuit and no matter how much/little/no money she received back it wasn't going to replace that her son/my cousin is no longer here. All the money in the world was never going to equal justice because money is never going to bring back my cousin who was murdered.

Yes, it's very insensitive and shows they are greedy.

The Goldmans are bitter and who can blame them? They seem to believe OJ is funneling some of his money through his younger children to protect it. Perhaps he is. I don't think the fuss they are making is as much about getting the civil case money for themselves as it is about punishing OJ and holding him accountable for Ron's murder in the only way they legally can. Nobody can deny money is very important to OJ, look at the lengths he went to rob the sports memorabilia dealer for something he considered to be HIS.

Bitterness isn't healthy for the Goldmans but I can certainly understand it.

I am on the Goldman's side. The civil lawsuit awarded $33.5 million dollars to the families of Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman. Whatever (if anything) the Goldmans collect would benefit Justin and Sydney. I don't call this greed. It's their lawful and only means of retribution. It hurts OJ to have to pay them so yes they want to hurt him, I would do the same. Florida's laws make it easy to keep assets away from creditors, people move there often for this specific asset protection. I don't blame the Goldmans for going after whatever money they can get. OJ knows this and is not above doing illegal acts (obviously) to protect his assets. I hope the Goldmans hound him until he dies,

In spite of the on line name-calling and slurs, Goldman has relentlessly pursued OJ, knowing he will never receive the payoff he was awarded. If money were his objective, then logically he would have given up a long time ago. Goldman is purposely being a thorn in OJ's side.

I admire his determination. He knows he won't get a cent, he just wants OJ to always have to look over his shoulder.

Agree. Hound him till he dies. If Goldman allows OJ exemption from the judgment, he will be allowing OJ to escape consequences for his actions all over again.

His children have kept such a low profile life, the media needs to let them live. They never asked for all this mess

agreed. have no idea why the goldmans are all over them...they are making a living, they lost their mother...

so what if the properties are lower income areas? that doesn't mean they are slums.

the goldmans love publicity. they will never move on.
