I was told the same information on the phone. The SAs I spoke to don't know if the closure will be permanent and couldn't tell me much about what this meant for the future.

I don't recall the exact sequence but am pretty sure the web store priced in US$ opened before the first US location. Either way, not being able to see the range and pricing is a most definitely a sales suppression strategy.
(Maybe they want to slow things down while they get their act together and get a new CD?)

The website is officially closed. There are no plans (at this time) to have e-commerce in the future. I’ve been told the shutdown provides an opportunity for customers to concentrate on the boutique/SA experience.
I’m unsure what that means, but I know if you have questions about items or want photos, MOYNAT store staff will happily accommodate customers.

I'm not sure whether this has anything to do with the online commerce site in the US but one can still purchase Moynat online on the 24s site best I can tell.
I hope it only means that they are looking to redefine the client relationship and nothing more. Otherwise it'd be extremely upsetting to me, since I'm not done collecting.

Even if they are closing the e-boutique, they should at least keep pics of their merchandise for people to look at.
For now, just for canvas. And it's the new canvas pieces moving forward (compared to the old ones).
I did not clarify with them if they are doing a price increase for the canvas pieces that are still being sold or part of the current collection.
If they are really exiting online I wouldn't be surprised if new models don't make it to 24S.com (or perhaps just a subset going forward).

They might just use 24s to unload pass season items like they do with LV on 24s. But it’s pure speculation for now!
